디어커피는 2015년을 시작으로 직접 로스팅 한 아라비카 스페셜티 원두만 사용합니다. 볶은지 일주일이 넘은 원두는 사용하지 않으며 최상의 맛을 내기 위해 디어커피만의 블렌딩 방식으로 최적의 맛을 제공해 드립니다 다른 메뉴 또한 생과일과 천연 시럽을 사용하며, 300년의 역사를 가진 프랑스 잎차, 정성이 깃든 수제 디저트 등 몸에 건강한 재료를 우선적으로 사용하고 있습니다. 매장을 찾아주시는 모든 고객님들께 디어커피만의 특별한 맛과 서비스로 다가가겠습니다.
At Deer Coffee, we roast our own beans using Arabica specialty quality. We use our special blend to provide perfect quality coffee and dispose any beans that were on the shelf for more than a week.
For other menus, Deer coffee always uses healthy ingredients such as fresh fruits, organic syrup, French tea leaf that holds 300 years of lineage and handmade deserts.
